Lots of company interaction and team building including dinners, trips and happy hours. Great competitive teams and opportunity for as much growth as you are hungry for.
Cons
The job revolves around gaining contractors who are on temp hires, it is hard to keep building when contractors keep falling off. Very stressful and heavy work hours. No coordinators to help run with the process, everything falls on you.
