My Account Executive called me out of my name!! - Customer Care Representative Aston Carter Employee Review

My account executive Dana Moreno has been rude to me since I began working for Aston Carter. I have been trying to reach a manager and no one will call me back. Ive been sending messages like crazy and no one will call me or talk to me about whats going on. You dont wanna work for some racist and she laughed when I said I was going to talk to her manager. I guess now I see since no one will call me back.
