Biofilm has been in business since 1991, and although every year a new challenge has been presented, our leadership team has demonstrated their qualifications as we reach our company goals and initiatives annually. Our goal at Biofilm is to have the right employee in the right seat doing a job they enjoy and thrive in. Using each employees’ skills and abilities to help move the organization to the next level. When we discover a need or training gap for our senior leaders or any of our employees, we work on ways to obtain the knowledge and close the gap.
