      The job itself is relatively easy, good coworkers

      Cons

      Policies and SOPs change every month, everyone is disposable, high employee turnaround, understaffed, Job used to be fully remote but now required in person. Poor communication from the top and unclear expectations.

      None. Worst place to work.

      Cons

      Horrible Management. Favoritism. No chance of growth within the company. Extremely high turn over. Salary in exchange for no work life balance and terrible mental health. Bonuses dangled and never paid out. Constant shifts to expectation and operational processes.
