      They rip off their installers. They barely know what they are doing and are known to fire the more dedicated workers.

      The job itself is relatively easy, good coworkers

      Cons

      Policies and SOPs change every month, everyone is disposable, high employee turnaround, understaffed, Job used to be fully remote but now required in person. Poor communication from the top and unclear expectations.
