Pros
The only pro I can say is the people you work with are some of the nicest people, the owners on the other hand
Cons
You’ll basically start of getting pitched in the first interview with them telling you they represent massive companies like SKY Broadband and the like. They don’t. The most high profile clients they have are charities. You’ll then also be dragged out for a full day of unpaid work knocking on people’s doors attempting to convince them to sign up to a direct debit for these charities. The owners don’t care about anyone but the ones who make them the most money even though they claim they treat everyone the same and there isn’t any favourites (there is). I worked for this company for six months and the amount of abuse you would get from both “managing directors” when you didn’t hit targets was just unreal. Couldn’t take emergency days off if something was in crisis or you would get berated and bullied for it. You’re lucky to earn £200 a week doing this job for being out of your house upwards of 12 hours a day six days a week. They’ll no doubt reply to this message saying their average is £450-£500 weekly when this isn’t the case. That number is exaggerated due to a very select few people who make well above that number and have been doing this job for years. To put it bluntly. This is a pyramid scheme, if you value making actual money and having a social life steer clear and find a sales job that actually respects you enough to pay a salary and commission
