      Pros

      I'd say not bad despite the current situation. Very interesting and challenging projects with an international purpose. I would recommend it, even for a short period of time because it looks good on the resume.

      Cons

      constant reorg. if you need something stable this is probably not the place for you.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
