      Pros

      A product focused company that makes engineering central to the company. You are treated as a first class citizen and get all the benefits of working with Amazon tech. You also work with lots of really bright engineers and designers from all over audible and Amazon everyday.

      Cons

      Lots of employee turnover. People stay on average of 1-4 years. Most of the blame falls squarely on product management. They will have you work on products that will never launch and keep changing their minds even at the last second. Products also don't innovate fast enough due to ineffective planning at the vp level and higher.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Disorganisation. Commute can be hard.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
