      Pros

      Great company and good culture overall. But has some drawbacks also.

      Cons

      Keep in mind they will hire for one or two year and then majority of them will never be extended in the middle of see you will have to leave. Right after they will start hiring again, I don't understand why don't they retail the employees ? I will suggest this workplace only if you have no other offers, and meanwhile try to find better offer. It's good if you goal is short term only. this workplace has no long term option unfortunately

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
