- Well known brand - Lots of training available - Fairly diverse workforce, most are well selected and care about their work - All get health cover, some health insurance
Cons
- Pay barely meets industry average, but the performance expectations are for you to be top 1% of the industry - Very limited growth opportunities (good portion of people love the stability of it and have been doing the same job here at Audley for 10-20 years) - The company seems to be focused solely on getting new investors and everything now rotates around getting a healthier balance sheet. The result is a crackdown on expenses, minimising spend on commission, etc.
