Institutional bullying from one particular staff member (who had been there a very long time). As a result, this then fed upwards to the directors of the company who were also very unpleasant. As they had no formal HR, there was no process or anyone to speak to about the situation. In the end myself and several other members of staff felt they had no other choice but to leave.
