I usually try to look at the bright side of anything and refrain from giving bad reviews unless I feel it is important to express my views hoping some level of positive outcome from within or outside the Firm. This company lacks clear vision. Strategy is purely based on revenue which seems like they would take any desperate direction to keep lights open and meet shallow financial goals. Lack of leadership is very apparent. Many employees express frustration, hopelessness, low morale for any positive org changes etc. Non - technical mid to senior level employees have to learn to survive the politics , some compromised behaviors, blame game etc. Company is mainly controlled by two or three people.
