Pros
I loved my campus principal and most admin, but there were large issues when it came to resolving problems that needed assistance from the district level.
Cons
Healthcare wasn't the best and very expensive. Even with a thriving department that was successful, we often had to justify and defend funding cuts that were incredibly inequitable for more affluent campuses within the district.
