Very inclusive and supportive workplace

The district is very large and can seem overwhelming at times

The pros are the teaching resources that the district has and the school calendar which allows for summer vacation.

The cons are high turnover rate and the low value placed on truly supporting teachers. The district does a great job of appearing to support teachers without any of the substantive actions that would accomplish that.
