Used to be a great place to work - Service Delivery AustralianSuper Employee Review

Pros

Salary is fair, however there is no pay transparency.

Cons

The lack of flexibility is a major issue. While the EBA states the fund won’t mandate a specific office attendance percentage, the Service Delivery team has instructed employees to come in two days a week. Flexibility is now the exception, leading to constant guilt and justification for staff needing to work from home. It used to be a great place to work where adults were treated as such and their work spoke for itself. Now it’s simply attending the office for “collaboration” through team meetings.

Pros

Immediate team were great to work with. Exciting and privileged working opportunities only accessible at this scale (of capital).

Cons

Culture has materially deteriorated with heavy attrition across the investments department. No prospects for further development and promotions scarcely awarded to people, no support for juniors for training/development and no meaningful strategic direction given exiting CIO. Burned me out insanely
