When I was considering this company, I came across some negative reviews online. However, after conducting my own research and speaking with individuals across various levels and business units, I became more confident in the company's potential. As someone with prior experience in the IDP space, I was drawn to the company's impressive product, vision, and mission, and decided to take a calculated risk and join the team. I am now 6 months into my employment and am pleased to provide an honest and unbiased review. - The onboarding experience was well-structured and informative. - The teams are great, with a supportive and collaborative culture. - There are tremendous opportunities to learn and contribute. - The company and management have a clear vision and direction. - The management is transparent with employees. - The compensation package, including basic pay and bonus/commission, is good. - Great High5 culture to shoutout, recognise and celebrate individual and team efforts across the board. - A family of diverse ethnicities, cultures and beliefs with a great sense of empathy towards each other.
Cons
- I have found that the career progression path may not be clearly defined, which could be a challenge for employees who are eager to grow and develop within the organization. While individual performance against established KPIs is certainly important, providing employees with more visibility and guidance on potential career paths can help motivate and focus their efforts towards achieving the mutual goals.
