The team is young and talented. Everyone is nice and friendly. You can easily make many friends in the company, including the founders (they are incredibly friendly). Ideas are always valued and you are allowed to choose what you want to work on. Learning is encouraged, and books are also provided at your choice. The working environment is very friendly. People are happy to help. Sometimes it gets a bit intense when it involves live trading, but mostly you can work on your own pace. People are all very intelligent and outstanding in their field. The tech stack is state-of-the-art and evolving with the frontage of modern technology. Hardworking and self-driven are buried in the company culture, and you will get generous compensation for that. The whole organisation is flat and flexible. Voices can be heard widely in the company. Bureaucracy is not a thing. Recruitment bar is high. Work from home is not generally available. Though the office is more comfortable than home in my humble opinion.
