Pros
Some of the team leads were excellent. Generally good teamwork with people on the same level as you.
Cons
You are expected to perform at the next level before you can be promoted, but even when you’ve done so for ages, promotions are few and far between. No cost of living raises. No merit increases. Bonuses were halfway funded or not funded at all. Leadership cares more about profits than people.
