      The work has been steady, even through covid

      Cons

      If your career path isn't clearly defined, you will get stuck in your career level for years while your career advisor claims there's nothing they can do to help you in your year-end calibration. Because of this, I haven't had a raise in multiple years.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
