All the important things at Avanade are in English, so you use it often, they have career development, they pay Microsoft voucher exams as need for you and depends on the client that you will work can be a good place...
Cons
The career development can be bad if you get a career adviser that doen´t like to do this job, because the company doens´t pay more to them to do this. Depending the project that you are, you don´t work too much with good methodologies as Scrum, and sometimes the project is a mess because of lack of knowledge and skills from the leads.
