Poor capability to deliver on platform vision locally High overhead with little value add coming from them Business model is dead and they don't see it, don't see the need to talk about market realities Legalistic concept of relationship No desire to invest in partnership with customer No concept of partnership with partners on common terms/force the 'Avanade' way.
