      Pros

      Great company. Friendly people. Nice office. Interesting projects. Prestigious clients.

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. If you don’t “play the social game” then you won’t progress. Not the best payers in the world. Career progression process could do with some improvements. Very generic and outdated. Needs to be tailored to job roles. Still operates very much in Accenture’s shadow.

      Company really cares for their employees, development, and culture Recognition for good work

      Cons

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
