Can't comment. They didn't keep interview appointment so can't really think of any!
Cons
Introduced to organisation for a director role which they weren't calling 'director' for some reason. First contact was a telephone interview where they didn't even bother calling at the arranged time. Weren't even apologetic about that! Poor really, tells you all you need to know about a company and how it vales candidates or not. I withdrew my candidacy at that point, not much point in going further once this happens.
