Pros
Has great pay, consistent hours, clear expectations, ability to move up, and during times of crisis the ability to work from home has been great! The workplace here is constantly improving in almost every regard, its likely any cons I list will not exist within a reasonable amount of time!
Cons
If you are on graves it can be more difficult to get time off even if requested far (4 months) in advance. The scheduling lady is super helpful and will do everything she can! - the issue is that if you have friends or family on shift & you want to request off at the same time its impossible to guarantee. From my experience I asked for time off at the same time as a friend (for a vacation), a third of a year in advance & it took until about one week before my plane ticket was set to leave to finally get coverage which is somewhat stressful to say the least.
