Pros
Good team. Encouraging manager. Nice office building. Good peers.
Cons
Ever since the takeover of VWR, Upper management has been killing culture and severely cutting costs only to look good on paper to sell the company (go IPO) in 2020. The greed at the exec level shows. Training is severely cut. There is no retention incentives, and an elimination of bonus programs (except for senior management) HR is hell resources not human resources, and a puppet to the Exec leadership team. They don’t seem to care about the people. Most of the good managers from VWR have been let go. Moral is in rapid decline. Highly skilled employees are leaving. Attrition is on the rise. Advice ..this economic climate there are way better companies to work for.
