I have read other reviews within AvePoint as well, and some comments is really the same as what he wrote. IMPORTANT! - If you are a Singaporean who joins this company, they will only use your NRIC to bid for projects, doesn't allow you to join the project and yet they give you low salary. They earn so much in the projects, but you work like a zombie. 1. Your higher up being micro-manage, always asking are you in office? even when you are at client site. 2. During meeting, when you got pulled in, and making you to say everything in the slides without no one is helping out. 3. Feels pressure when your higher-up threatens you, doesn't even like you even R&D team, their EGO is huge. They think that they are always right. 4. Processes and documentation are lacking, so onboarding and handovers often require figuring things out independently. Legit will just ask you to read documents in their SharePoint. Reading wouldn't help you anything. 5. Workload can be heavy, with expectations that may not always align with available resources. 6. Unable to claim OT even it is stated that OT can be claim. But you would need approval from client, which that doesn't happen at all. 7. Even you are on MC, your higher up will ask you, can you still able to work during MC.
