Pros

Job is equally challenging and rewarding. On top of base pay there is commission opportunities. Management empowers you to communicate openly with them about daily issues and about personal career growth. Career growth is available and it’s possible to quickly work up into leadership roles within a year. Health benefits are solid, 401k available. Culture of inclusivity and diversity is openly practiced by Leadership daily and in hiring practices.

Cons

Some days, customers and coworkers make it challenging to get through a day, especially seasonal heavy days mentally and emotionally unscathed.

Pros

Upon completing my first month, what has stood out most to me is how genuinely supportive and welcoming the team culture is. Every person I've worked with has consistently made it clear that if I ever need help or have questions, they are available and willing to support me. One thing that has been especially meaningful is the personal initiative some coworkers take, such as a colleague who regularly checks in with me after shifts to see how I'm doing, offer encouragement, or recognize my progress. Those small but thoughtful moments have made a huge difference in building my confidence. In addition, my supervisor's consistent end-of-day check-ins have provided structure and support as I continue learning the many facets of my role. Overall, this has made me feel not only welcomed, but truly invested in. Leadership's emphasis on improving both employee experience and customer experience also makes it clear that the company values its people, which is incredibly motivating as a new employee.

Cons

Naturally there's a learning curve with any new role. It's been a lot to take in, but that's more about being new than about the company. The support I have makes it all feel manageable.
