      Pros

      I’ve been with Axi for a while now, and it’s genuinely one of the best workplaces I’ve been part of. The culture is open, collaborative, and supportive — people are approachable at every level, and there’s always room to share ideas or ask for help. One thing I really appreciate is the trust and ownership we’re given to manage our work. You’re encouraged to take initiative, learn, and drive things independently, which really helps in building confidence.

      Currently, there is a lack of permanent remote work options for employees based in India. In the current tech landscape, adopting a more flexible "work from anywhere" policy would be a significant advantage for long-term retention and attracting top talent.
