1. Unrealistic target 2. Management wants employees to work even on Sundays. 3. Management forces to work even on Holidays. 4. If you don’t work on holidays, they will shout at you. 5. No boundary/limitation of words. Management treats subordinates like they’re slaves. 6. 0 work life balance 7. They take management trainees showing another JD, then suddenly changes job profile. 8. Management doesn’t have product knowledge , they are just busy in poking subordinates, punish them even in small mistakes, micro management. They even dare to want screenshot of call logs. 9. They want employees to work 9 am to 11 pm. 10. Work culture is very very toxic, surviving here seems like task.
