Axis seems out of touch with its emphasis on culture and benefits. It overpromises and underdelivers. There are many other employers in the area that invest in culture and better pay. It feels underwhelming to new people joining the company.
Tasks are being reduced and outsourced to Sweden and Czech Republic, leaving US office hanging for months, which is glossed over during interviews. It is impossible to get things done on time and if your job involves sales or customers it means you become a punching bag.
Management is caring but is slowly becoming preoccupied with numbers and bonuses. Growth is limited by tenure and country, and all important decisions are made in Sweden, so US office isn't given any voice to make changes.
