None, company is great at what they do

Pros of this job is it can be a great add on to your current job. It's usually weekends and week nights, due to when events are taking place. You get to watch lots of music and see cool stuff. Festivals can be paid for via transportation, sleeping arrangements, free showers, free food, and plus you get paid and can goof off when not on the clock.

This organization is very poorly managed, particularly with the most recent new hired manager in the Tri-State area. I experienced a few different bosses, and overall it was unprofessional and inconsistent. The managing style could be border line abusive. The staff training was entirely non existent and practically a joke. If I were an event manager, I would never hire Axis to perform security.
