Good pay but it depends on the team you land on

Their whole brand identity is a lie. preaching on "Culture" and the fact that they only hire as a as need basis because they are willing to do anything to help someone succeed over letting them go, but once you land at your desk you realize that its all a Lie. They will give you a performance review to give you goals to meet and then let you go before that performance review period even ends. I was never once pulled into a room and officially told to step up and was told multiple times that my drive for bringing new customers was the best on the team, you can sit there and do an amazing job for over a year and if you have one bad month your TL can choose to get rid of you. All dependent on getting a competent team leader which again is a gamble.
