Pros
Great co-worker atmosphere. Low-level employees get along well and function well as a team. Occasional company lunches are nice. New building is okay. General atmosphere is generally relaxed.
Cons
New location is not ideal, as it loses power frequently, prompting us to work from home. The stress level is incredibly high. Mid-level manager frequently disregard suggestions and do not listen. There are certain mid-level managers misusing their power. They frequently yell at their equals in management and misuse their power to force other managers to clean up their messes. Certain mid-level managers can be verbally abusive to employees behind closed doors; you can hear them yell at "their" employees, using harsh language, using fear and scare tactics to "improve productivity" etc. Said mid-level manager also has been seen harassing other "employees" in an unprofessional manner; talking about inappropriate topics with the opposite gender, using suggestive language, and it has been seen that they even have touched the same gender inappropriately. You cannot say anything because everyone is related either by blood or through friendship. This person has been reported before, but they still hold their management position. There's no advancement opportunities unless you are "in" with management (friends or family). Salary growth is stunted, compared to industry average. Turn-over rate is high, meaning there are less qualified people that burden other workers. Training is also poor.
