      Competitive salary & benefits, strong mission/purpose (Advancing the world of health), friendly & professional atmosphere, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Can be slow moving (but this has gotten much better in the past year since the CareFusion acquisition)

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
