      Got opportunity to travel free to California! Flexi working hours and work the American way. Good PIP bonus and 13 month bonus with free covered parking provided.

      Cons

      Coward and stingy local management with no say amongst global management team. Beware of getting laid off after you got hired.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
