      Great company with big vision & sharp leadership team. Lots of project opportunities and a very dynamic environment. Strong mentor culture.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities for senior leadership roles (director level) in local finance team within Europe outside of Swiss HC or COE locations (France, Belgium).

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
