      Engineers at BD want you to grow so they give you a lot of different tasks to help you build experience.

      Cons

      Some miscommunications between supervisors. I often had conflicting tasks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
