      Good company in a good industry.

      Cons

      Marketing, sales and sales ops groups of Medical Surgical Systems is generally managed like your average kindergarten. He who sucks up best will likely win. Ideas and strategy are non-existent.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
