      Excellent Work Environment Excellent Benefits Recognition for Accomplishments by name on patents, published papers, conferences etc. Full Reimbursement for Education (can advance in Co. by taking advantage of this) Open Minded and Community Oriented

      Cons

      Slow to advance for most Very political Bias for Ph.D. and Postdoc employees (not necessarily bad for those with the credentials) Bias for top educational institutions (not necessarily bad for those with the credentials) Lower salaries and bonuses for major accomplishments

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
