      Rigid company and rigid industry With the company so large and the industry heavily regulated things can move very slow, especially if you are on the business side of things.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
