      I have a great leadership team that hears what we need. Customers can be hard to please at times but overall they are manageable. Team members are knowledgeable and reliable

      Cons

      Short-staffed at times. Wish we had better project manager tools at times as well.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
