Pros
Pay is above market and the PTO is good.
Cons
The managers are highly unprofessional and disrespectful, and HR defends them to the end. HR also likes to gaslight you into thinking they do anything about the poor management situation, when in reality they are never going to help you. Management and the first Shift wave planner make sure to let you know every day how much you don't matter. You will always be blamed for the first shift wave planner's mistakes and they will take credit for all your hard work. If you are applying for the Indiana position I would suggest NEVER doing so. The first shift Waveplanner has been there for 25 years and makes working there one of the most unpleasant experiences you'll ever have in your career. BD also hands out time off requests based on tenure, so that leads to you never getting to use your PTO or ever having any time off because the first shift wave planner will always get it first. Management will promise you a backup so you can take time off but then deny any request for time off even with or without a backup because of the first shift wave planner being off on those same days. You will not be financially compensated for training your backup either. (My backup took over a month to train) BD will promise room for growth but then deny any application you apply for even if you are overqualified because they do not want to pay for another person to be trained and replace you. When applying for internal positions your manager has to approve the change, which they will never do. So even when you try leaving due to harassment HR will NOT help you apply or leave for a different position.
