      Pros

      The coverage area can be huge, sometimes hard to get support from team members when so far away. However, some are willing to help you alot. Its great for a remote option however lots of travel but good compensation. Great start, not sure what's the move up structure. However most people had pride working for BD.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
