      -Not a repetitive job. -Learn from different experts on the field. - Different opportunities to collaborate.

      Cons

      -Office politics, you’ll see a lot of cliques. -Your nationality will determine your growth in the company, how much you are getting paid and wether you will be considered for other opportunities. -No work life balance. -Expected to work overtime with no overtime pay. -Understaffed. -Unrealistic and unclear management/leadership expectations.

      No career development or career progression. I see people being in the same role or with the same salary 3-5 years later Upper management is completely oblivious to what is happening in their teams Team Manager have no clue how to be managers Performance reviews are a joke
