Pros
Very fast paced environment with ability to push ideas forward and see them fly. Lots of experimental ideas area encouraged. There isn't a culture of the 'old guard' gate keeping opportunities - new joiners can be elevated quickly if they prove themselves. Small teams with talented, hard working people. It is good to work side-by-side with others who know how to push hard. Salaries are above average for the market. Most people are able to work flexibly at home or the office without any problems at all.
Cons
Sometimes the company moves so fast it is hard to know what the new developments are.
