      It can be chill and relaxing at times, some teams have good culture and good managers

      Not good if you want to learn and grow new technology. Lots of politics and chasing people to do their job and ask for approvals

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
