Pros
Fairly flexible in terms of hours and good work life balance. Good reputation in Canada. Lots of perks such as free banking, and work environment is very good.
Cons
An extremely large organization so it tends to be very beurocratic with a lot of red tape. Promotions are not very transparent and this leads to some resentment within staff.
