Pros
Great company that allows you to get your name out there. I have had a lot of different opportunities to move around within the organization, and I have a strong appreciation for that.
Cons
The salary is probably the biggest downside to working within this organization. I was a bit naive about that when I accepted my first role, and as a result, I find myself struggling to make more everytime I take a promotion.
