Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. Inexpensive healthcare.
Cons
"Juniorization" of the bank, although most have figured out they will never advance. US management in constant turnover/turmoil. Morale is always low due to no career prospects, lower than average salaries, most times $0 bonuses. Power is in hands of non-producers, though again most are juniors with little experience.
