Pros

Over the last several years, several changes have happened within the company that has ensured the overall growth of how BOND Events shapes the 1-on-1 event industry and how our team internally works. It seems that after reworking the team, the BOND group internally has grown to contain a healthy working environment where: opinions are valued and heavily considered (regardless of your title), healthy work and lifestyle balance has been strongly encouraged to the benefit of the employee, and client to BOND team member relationship has grown stronger. On a separate note, BOND team-to-team member relationships have grown stronger. Professional (and personal, only if you choose) friendships are being made on the basis of trust, communication, and the mutually shared goal of seeing the company succeed -- which has the now loved label of being a BONDie. As a UK based company, and as a USA employee -- I love the 28 day PTO. Enough said. The company has shifted to be a strictly work-from-home base, which I believe encourages the meeting of target goals and motivation. (Nothing like working in your PJs, if you're just not feeling putting on a suit, and you have no meetings scheduled.) Lastly, the team leadership; the internal re-working of the board members has encouraged BOND as a company to not only positively grow in sales and event execution, but it has naturally led to the re-working of internal managerial roles. That internal shift has promoted team members to be more in-the-loop about company happenings and opened the door for new growth oppurtinities that align with the consistant growth of the company year by year. Overall, BOND has really taken the leading step to building positive growth alltogehter as an events company, but aslo building a company anyone would be proud to professionally call home.

Cons

Whilst I personally do not consider it a con, the amount of travel that is required can easilly be hard on someone who prefers no to do so. However, travelling to all events heavilly depends on the type of role you take on at the company and the managing board are very understanding and flexible when it comes to having families and personal situations that may limit your travel abilities naturally. Whilst BOND is still a growing company based in the UK, salary/wages may still be difficult to align with the economic reality of living within the US. This is not BOND alone, but also some US based company -- and is more of an overall economic issue rather than aligned to BOND alone.

Pros

I have been with this company for 10 years, it has gone through a lot of changes over the course of my time here.. All the changes have always been for the better. Family orientated, genially cares about their employees. BON takes care of their employees.

Cons

I am sure that everyone will always say a con is that they do not make enough money that is just with any company. However, BOND does many other things

Pros

BOND was a place where it felt like family. Everyone was willing to work together to create the best outcome for the events. Oliver Needs (President and Owner) is the heart and soul of BOND, and the team reflected that. Luciana Osborne was my manager, and she was the best thing to happen to my career. I learned so much about life and events through her, and I now have the best foundation to build upon for my future because of that. She always met me in the middle with life and work, and she is the most level-headed, down-to-earth person. She was the best mentor I could have asked for, and I was so incredibly sad to leave this company.

Cons

The only downside was that I wasn’t making enough to stay, as I’m about to get married. There is also a lot of travel (incredible experiences mind you), but I did want to tone that down a little bit. Other than that, I truly have no other downsides for BOND!
